Ugh.

The “games made me do it” defense is officially being tested in a trial right now in Alabama, where a 24 year old guy brutally murdered an 80 year old man during a botched robbery attempt.  Unless the guy was unbalanced and playing heavy doses of Super Elderly Kill Spree I don’t see how this could work as a defense, but lawyers will try anything.  That’s all I’ve got to say about this latest legal shenanigan, my views have been well-documented already.
