Merry Leap Day Everyone!

February 29th, 2008 by Greg

I would like to wish you all a happy and joyous February the 29th, a day that only appears in our dimension once every 4 years.  Now, as we all know, Leap Day is the day when the rules of space and time no longer apply, for this day does not technically exist in our timeline but only makes itself relevant in our universe when the fabric separating our dimension from the others is worn thin.  (I’m almost certain that’s how it happens.)  So, for the next 24…er, well, 13 1/2 hours, you can do whatever you want without consequence, because in all actuality this entire day is but an illusion that will be wiped out by our original timeline regaining control tomorrow!

Go wild people!  Punch your boss in the brain!  Make out with your wife’s sister, you know you want to!  Jump off a building and pretend to fly, it doesn’t matter!  Tomorrow you will wake up refreshed and none the worst for wear*, for none of those things will have actually happened and you’ll retain no knowledge of your acts!  So have a great day, and I’ll see you all again tomorrow when our dimension is once again whole!

*-Also jobless, wifeless, and dead.

Apparently it’s Leap Day Day here on RE.

Also this sounds like a halfassed decent pitch for a movie.
